Fractional CXO Engagements
GRAYROCK can uniquely support its clients by becoming a member of the executive team as a Fractional Executive. These arrangements vary from client to client but in most cases are temporary by nature and are designed to provide the client with C-level experience and expertise, without the commitment to a full-time C-level team member. GRAYROCK provides expertise in the areas of Sales (CRO), Operations (COO) and Strategy (CSO).

Retained Engagements
GRAYROCK can also engage with clients through a retainer-based engagement model. These are typically the result of the need for ongoing advisory services lasting anywhere from a few months to a year, or longer. These engagements are strategic by nature and typically focus on Board-level issues such as growth, funding or divestiture. These engagements can focus on strategy development, execution, or both and are typically driven by the CEO.

Success Fee Engagements
There are occasions when the nature of the engagement lends itself to a shared investment of time and effort in the spirit of driving a win-win outcome. In these cases, GRAYROCK works closely with its clients to clearly define roles and responsibilities, milestones and the shared objectives. Working in close collaboration with our clients, these engagements typically focus on customer acquisition, capital acquisition, or divestiture.
